Revival’s free* NHS-backed service can help you with a range of home repairs, minor adaptations and DIY-type jobs to make your home suitable for you to return to and live in.

On top of this, a support worker will assess your home for fall risks and fire risks, and advise you on how we can help to make things safer.
If you need help from other agencies who can help you return to your home and stay there, we will put you in touch with them too.
Once you’re at home, we can offer you further support to help you stay independent, and if you need it we can offer you extra support from Changes, a local mental wellbeing charity.
