Revival is hosting the Live Safely and Well at Home event to showcase the many advice and support services available to older people who would like to remain independent and living at home.Sponsored by Nationwide, it will take place on 26 August 2015 10am – 2pm at the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre.
Revival will be offering the range of services they have available including the low cost handyman service and the improvements, repairs and adaptations service.Many other organisations will also be in attendance including; Staffordshire Fire and Rescue, Stafford Rural Homes Telecare, South Staffs Carers Association, Beat the Cold and One Recovery.
Organiser Susanne Turner, Revival Home Improvement Agency Senior Case Worker said: “The event will hopefully be a great opportunity for members of the public to become familiar with the services that are available to them in their area.”
She added: “We are really looking forward to the event and hope that we will reach as many people as possible. Pop in for an informal chat and a cuppa!”
